Muhammad Rizwan became the sixth fastest player to score 1000 runs in T20 International cricket

Muhammad Rizwan became the sixth fastest player to score 1000 runs in T20 International cricket

Muhammad Rizwan, who recently completed his 1,000th International Twenty20 run in the T20 series against England, became the sixth fastest player to score 1000 runs in international cricket.  He scored these runs in just 31 innings.  The fastest player to score 1000 runs in T20 cricket is David Milan of England cricket team who scored these runs in just 24 innings.

Pakistan’s current captain Babar Azam is second on the list. He completed his 1000 runs in 26 innings.  Virat Kohli is third with 27 innings and Erin Finch and Lokesh Raheel are fourth and fifth with 29 innings.

The Pakistan cricket team is currently in the West Indies where they will play 5 T20 matches and captain Babar Azam and wicketkeeper-batsman Muhammad Rizwan have another chance to prove their form and score good runs against the West Indies.
